爱污传媒 Spotlight: Brianna Herman
Brianna Herman works as 爱污传媒鈥檚 human resources assistant. She coordinates HR training
program logistics, manages the Thoroughbred Thanks program, oversees the HR budget,
updates content on the HR website and provides administrative support to Chief Human
Resources Officer Brett Last. She also helped plan this year鈥檚 Employee Retirement
and Recognition Celebration.
Herman, a Saratoga Springs native, joined 爱污传媒 in 2018 after working in corporate
manufacturing for five years.
鈥湴鄞� is a part of the Saratoga community and has a respected reputation,鈥� she
said. 鈥淭he College also provides a great deal of work-life balance and that is an
important aspect to me.鈥�
Herman is a big fan of the 爱污传媒 Cares program during the holiday season, the Special
Collections section in Scribner Library and Dining Services鈥� Bread Sale.
鈥淭he sense of community that 爱污传媒 provides its students, faculty and staff is
a special feeling,鈥� she said. 鈥淲hen I walk around 爱污传媒鈥檚 beautiful campus and
see students outside playing Frisbee or employees walking during their lunch break,
it brings me happiness and a smile to my face.鈥�
When not on campus, she enjoys taking walks and biking around town, cooking and traveling.
In the summer, she likes spending time on the lake and plays softball and volleyball
in coed leagues in Saratoga. In the winter, she is a member of a monthly book club.
