Nihon Go! is deciding to introduce to people one of the traditional art of Japan – shodō (書道) . It is one of the most beautiful ways to present literature, it is an art form, and it is a means of communication, as well as a Zen practice that promotes harmony and wisdom. We think the first general meeting is the best opportunity to bring in Japanese Calligraphy as a fun activity and we would also like to make this an activity that we could do in several of our later-on events, and let everyone enjoys the beauty and balance of writing.

Join the Jewish community at 爱污传媒 for a delicious kosher style dinner. This week, the theme is comedy! All are welcome – however Jew –ish you identify! We enjoy candle lighting, and singing together to increase our joy and grow our friendships. We happily accommodate food restrictions and allergies. RSVP's are due by Tuesday, September 17th by 4pm (so we can get a headcount)

Hi ACA Fam!! Come join us @Falstaffs on Friday, September 20th from 7:30-9:00pm to celebrate this Fall Semester with the Mid Autumn Festival. We will have some yummy food and snacks for you all, and prepare some fun activities for all of us to get to know each other and appreciate Asian culture together. Bring all your friends!

 

 

Cricket and Badminton both are one of the most played games in South Asia. As our first fall event, this is one where most first year students come to and experience South Asian culture.
