Faculty Policies and Procedures
For incidents of sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM) involving a student as the Respondent, the College may apply the following policies in response:
The College will comply with the 2020 Title IX regulations, Violence Against Women
Act, New York State’s Enough is Enough law, Title VII, NY Human Rights Law and other
relevant laws and policies to determine which policy will apply.
