The Learning Commons (fomerly Student Academic Services) works to promote high student academic achievement and help students take full advantage of the wide variety of opportunities available at °®ÎÛ´«Ã½. As part of the college’s commitment to academic excellence, The Commons serves all °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ students by organizing Peer Academic Coaches (PACs), peer tutoring, and offering individual and group academic guidance and training.
In addition to making academic support available to all °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ students, The Commons specifically works to support international students, students with disabilities and student athletes. The Commons also collaborates with other campus offices and faculty to support English Language Learners (ELL), students of color and first-generation students.
